Turquoise Red And Black Earrings Lampwork Glass Beads Verdigris Charms Southwest Style

These earrings offer a fresh take on the classic southwest color combination of turquoise, red and black. The focus of these earrings are a pair beautiful handmade lampwork glass beads. The beads feature turquoise and red dots on a black background. The small red dots are raised on the surface, whereas the turquoise dots appear deep, as though looking through a window at a darker turquoise dots in the center. Using Irish waxed linen, I knotted on verdigris spacer beads and dangling charms. Then to pick up on the red, I added red and black glass beads at the top and and dangled small red beads from the verdigris charms. The look is casual, rustic and utterly charming.
