Payment

I accept payments through PayPal. You don't need to have an account with PayPal.  PayPal will accept any major credit or debit card. Washington state sales tax will be added to all orders from Washington State upon checkout.

Shipping
Jewelry and ceramics ship 1-3 days after the order is placed. Your items will arrive in a box that is suitable for gift giving and will be placed in a bubble wrap lined shipping envelope, so that your jewelry or ceramics will arrive in perfect condition.

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon shipment. Some countries may have customs charges, duty fees and taxes. These fees, if applicable, will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your new jewelry or ceramic components, I want to make things right for you.  Please contact me within 14 days of purchase, so we can find a good solution for you.  Jewelry and ceramics should be returned in the box and be in the same condition it was when you received it.
