Bookworm Earrings Book Lover Jewelry

Are you a teacher or in a book club? Is your book loving friend having a birthday? These pretty book earrings are perfect! I used to be an elementary school reading specialist, helping children learn to read. I am passionate about the many ways that reading enriches our lives. So when I saw these artisan decoupaged book beads I immediately knew I had to have them! The book beads are made of wood and are decorated on both sides.  The books are mostly pink, but with floral accents of blue, turquoise and green. I picked up on those colors with faceted, pink rose quartz stone beads and smalll turquoise glass beads at the top. And just to make things extra, I strung the beads on silver plated wires that have been formed into airy double loops. The earrings hang about 2.25 inches from the tops of the silver plated ear wires.
